| Dale Earnhardt Jr will be bringing his long time sponsorship from his Xfinity Series team, Tax Slayer. It is only going to be an affiliation sponsor for Hendricks and a primary sponsor for Jr in a couple races. The official paint scheme will be released on October 5th. | |

| First off, take off Toyota Racing. That team is shutting down as I'm sure you're aware. Don't think anyone will buy them up. Use the numbers? Maybe. Bowyer can go anywhere, wasn't aware McMurray was in a contract year. Stewart will either abruptly retire(very unlikely), otherwise will stay in 14. Don't see Chris Buescher racing for #9, perhaps Armstrong but I don't think he's ready. Ragan is a possibility. I think Moffitt in 34, Gilliland back in 38. Think Allgaier stays, unless he goes to Furniture Row or perhaps another low funded team such as RPM. Vickers imo is done. Too many health issues. If he runs at all it will probably be for Circle Sport as a part time thing like Brian Scott has been doing. #62 belongs to a different team, Premium Motorsports, which runs a chevy team and a ford team(aka #98) | |

| BK Racing will probably be some young drivers we never pay attention to like always. Or young drivers from trucks(cause Jeb Burton shouldn't have skipped Xfinity and up straight to Cup). I would consider this a big dark horse candidate, but Ryan Truex could end up driving the #9 for RPM. Reason I say is because he is running some races for RPM in Xfinity in the #98, and BK never gave him the equipment he needed to succeed, which we've seen him do really well in Xfinity JGR cars in the past. | |

| Talk of Elliott Sadler in the #9. Not a very reliable source but might have some legs to stand on. | |

| In response to this, another Toyota team wants to come in but Idk anything about it,Bowyer has a lot of options, McMurray is most likely going to stay at CGR, Stewart is retiring in 2016 to get someone else in the car like Clint Bowyer, Buescher just needs sponsors, Armstrong has no chance of making it into Cup yet, Moffitt, Gilliland and Allgier will probably stay, Premium Motorsports is being sold to Tommy Baldwin Racing at the end of the year, Ryan Truex will most likely run a season in Xfinity figuring he has not driven in Nascar since his injury at Michigan, Jeb Burton will probably never be as good as Ward and Jeff, and finally Sadlar can go for the RPM deal but I think he should just retire. | |

I feel like if another Toyota team is to come in, it will have to be a owner that can field at least 2 semi-competitive teams, Stewart retiring could lead to Regan Smith coming in since he's filled in for him before, or perhaps try and steal Erik Jones over or bring up Cole Custer. Armstrong I agree has to at least get a few wins in Xfinity until coming up to Cup. Jeb just needs to get a good Xfinity ride, perhaps Chase's. Maybe JGR will give Ryan Truex a ride, but with Erik coming up to run full time he's more likely to split time with Kyle in the 54. I agree with the rest of what you said.

| Is it just me or is this new class of drivers not that good? Only Erik Jones and Kyle Larson have actually shown promise in cup. | |

In response to this, Danica is improving but way to slowly, Bayne and Stenhouse would probably do better if Roush had better equipment, Austin Dillon is only in his 2nd season but based on points standings and results I would say he's almost the same as Larson as Larson hasn't been as good as he was last season. Erik Jones should be really good, consider him another Kyle Busch. Chris Buescher could be good with good equipment, Ryan Reed is ok, no signs of any real improvement, and Cole Custer looks good too but have to wait on how he'd do in Xfinity. And lets not forget Chase Elliott.

Chase Elliott was good last year and made me notice but this year, nope. I also see Chris Buescher.

| Also, forgot to mention Ryan Blaney who looks like he'll be good, and Bubba Wallace who I think will have to wait another 2 years. | |

| Martin Truex Jr has resigned with Furniture Row Racing as they make the move to Toyota and remain a single car team for the time being. | |

| What it looks like is that Clint Bowyer will be going to Stewart Hass Racing in 2017 meaning he will need a place holder. That place holder will be the #51 HScott Motorsports ride. This announcement will be coming out next week if it is true. 5 Hour Energy will be the sponsor for both teams.
No words on Justin Allgaier and his plans but Brandt will be his sponsor wherever he goes.

| Apparently the man the just signed the deal for Hass F1, Romain Grosjean, has interest in running a Nascar race in the near future. This is surprising coming out of a single seat racer that has never seen Nascar until he jumped in one. This would be great to see and I hope it happens since F1 doesn't start till April.
Sticking with Stewart Hass, Tony Stewart put out there that they have interest in Kyle Larson in 2017 when his deal with Ganassi is up. So this could mean Clint Bowyer can go to HScott for no reason.

| Bowyer will be going to HScott for 2016 in place for his contract in 2017 with Stewart Hass. 5 Hour Energy will be moving over with his ride for 24 races in hopes of more sponsors coming in. No word on Allgaier's plans. | |

| If SHR is interested in Larson, maybe they'll try to grab him and boot Danica if she stops improving or Kurt if he stops doing well like he has this season. | |

| News coming out of Richard Petty Motorsports saying that two drivers have a chance at the #9 ride. They are David Ragan and Sam Hornish Jr.
Axalta is planning to move and sponsor Dale Earnhardt Jr next season. It will be his primary sponsor for 13 races next season and an associated sponsor for all the races. This also comes with a multi-year deal with the sponsor.

| Makes sense to consider Ragan since his 2 career cup wins are in Fords. Honestly guessing it'll depend who gets more sponsorship since Ragan has been driving better cars than what RPM has.
Was wondering where Axalta was going to go. Good for Jr. Whats the deal with Nationwide? Don't they still have another years worth of sponsorship?
Also, wonder if FRM will keep Moffitt, Whitt and Gilliland, or maybe look at Buescher, and darkhorse Ryan Truex.

| Jr has nationwide for 17 races with Axalta for 13 races.
FRM has not confirmed drivers yet so they can have a totally different lineup

| Michael Waltrip is expected to race next season for the Daytona 500 even with his team dropping out of the sport. With the car he is going to race for at Talladega with Premium has caused speculation on if that will be his ride for the Daytona 500. Even though Premium has no plans for 2016 yet. | |

| Jamie McMurray will return to Chip Ganassi Racing for 2016 but no news on 2017. McDonald's and Cessna will return as his two main sponsors for next season.
Aaron's has been rumored to move over to Chase Elliott for 2016 even though Aaron's stated they would not sponsor anyone in 2016. They might want to reconsider.

| Just a detail. The #15 is owned by Chip Ganassi now, so Toyota Racing (If they actually happen) wouldn't run the #15 unless Chip Ganassi sells it. | |
